Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI Dubbing provides browser-based and AI-assisted tools for translating video or audio and generating speech. Features, models, credit costs, limits, supported formats, and availability may change as the service evolves.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. User Content and Permission to Process It

You retain your rights in text, audio, video, images, and other material you submit. You grant AI Dubbing and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases needed to submit the content and create the requested output. This includes consent to use any identifiable person’s image, voice, likeness, or personal information.

4. AI-Generated and Translated Outputs

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain mistakes, mistranslations, unexpected pronunciations, artifacts, or content similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing names, numbers, claims, rights, permissions, and suitability before publishing or relying on an output.

To the extent permitted by law and any applicable provider terms, you may use outputs created for you. We do not promise that an output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party claims.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Dubbing to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or infringe intellectual property.
• Impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
• Create or distribute a person’s voice, likeness, or private content without required consent.
• Create sexual content involving minors or facilitate child exploitation.
• Spread malware, probe security, bypass access or credit controls, reverse engineer restricted systems, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated methods that impose an unreasonable load or evade published limits.
• Misrepresent AI-generated or translated material where disclosure is required by law or necessary to avoid deception.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. The plan price and included monthly credits are shown at purchase. Subscription credits reset at each monthly renewal and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Different tools may consume credits at different rates.

You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes. You may cancel through any available billing controls or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and any policy displayed at purchase.

7. Third-Party Services

AI Dubbing depends on third-party services for authentication, payments, infrastructure, analytics, and AI processing. Their terms and policies may apply to their parts of the service. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their interruption may affect AI Dubbing.

8. AI Dubbing Intellectual Property

The website, brand, interface, software, original copy, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AI Dubbing and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Privacy and Retention

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Uploaded and generated media assets are scheduled for deletion after five days, so you should download any output you want to keep. Account, billing, security, and operational records may be retained for longer as described in that policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Service Availability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dubbing is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every input will produce a usable output. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dubbing and its operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AI Dubbing during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Dubbing and its operators from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. These terms and any dispute are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.

15. Changes and General Terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent.
