Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AI Dubbing processes, why we use it, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit AI Dubbing, create an account, buy credits or a subscription, upload media, or use our generation and translation tools.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive the information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, profile information, and a unique account identifier.

Content and generation information

We process the text, audio, video, images, language selections, voice settings, and other instructions you submit. We also store operational information about tasks and results, including status, timestamps, credit usage, and output locations.

Billing information

Stripe processes subscription and payment details. We receive customer and transaction identifiers, subscription status, the plan or credit product purchased, and related billing events. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Technical and usage information

We may process IP address, device and browser information, request metadata, error details, and security logs. We use Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic and feature usage.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide authentication, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and customer support.
  • Upload, translate, generate, deliver, and let you download requested media.
  • Calculate and reconcile credit usage, prevent fraud, and process payments.
  • Monitor reliability, investigate errors, secure the service, and enforce our Terms.
  • Understand aggregate usage and improve the website and its tools.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Service Providers and AI Processing

We use service providers to operate AI Dubbing. Depending on the feature, submitted information may be processed by Supabase for authentication and account data, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for application infrastructure and media storage, Google Analytics and Plausible for website analytics, and WaveSpeed AI and its hosted model providers for AI inference. Current AI workflows may use technologies supplied by providers such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI.

These providers process information for us under their own contractual and privacy obligations. They may operate in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization.

The browser Robot Voice Generator performs speech generation and audio effects on your device. Its script and generated WAV are not submitted to our AI generation API, although ordinary page hosting, security, and analytics requests still occur when you visit the page.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

AI Dubbing uses browser storage and similar technologies where needed to keep you signed in, remember a safe return page after authentication, preserve recent generation links on your device, and protect the service. Your browser settings can clear or restrict this storage, but doing so may sign you out or remove local history.

If you use the Girl Voice Changer microphone option, the browser requests microphone permission and holds the recording locally while you review it. The recording is uploaded for AI processing only after you start generation.

5. Retention

Uploaded and generated media assets are scheduled for automatic deletion after five days. Download any result you want to keep before that period ends. We may retain account records, task metadata, security logs, billing records, and transaction history for longer when reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Recent-generation links saved in your browser remain there until you clear browser storage, the browser removes them, or you remove them through available controls. A deleted or expired server file will no longer work even if its local link remains.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit confidential material that is unnecessary for your project.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may sign out, clear browser storage, avoid submitting optional content, or contact us to request help with your account data. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some records may be retained where legally permitted or required.

8. Children

AI Dubbing is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. International Processing

AI Dubbing and its providers may process information in multiple countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
